How co-hosting works

Invite trusted people to help moderate and manage your event with you.

    Open the event you want to share

    Go to the event's dashboard and find the Co-hosts section. Co-hosting is per-event, so each event has its own list.

    Invite a co-host by email

    Enter the email address of the person you want to add. They get an email invite with a one-tap join link.

    They sign up or log in

    If they're new to Heyvento, they create an account in seconds. If they already have one, they just log in — the invite link binds them to your event automatically.

    What co-hosts can do

    Co-hosts can moderate guestbook messages and album photos, view live submissions, manage the slideshow, and download media. They cannot upgrade the tier or cancel the event — only the original host controls billing.

    Remove a co-host any time

    From the same Co-hosts panel, tap the X next to anyone you want to remove. Their access ends immediately.
