Albums vs the guestbook
The guestbook is for messages (voice, video, text). Albums are for photos. They have separate quotas and live side by side on the same event.
- 2
Create more than one album
From the event's Albums tab, tap + New Album. Give it a name (e.g. "Getting ready", "Ceremony", "Dance floor"). Guests can switch albums when they upload.
- 3
Photo challenges — set a prompt
A challenge is an album with a theme question, like "Snap the bride and groom doing something silly" or "Capture your table's group photo". Tap Add Challenge to add a prompt to any album.
- 4
Guests upload to a specific album
When guests open your event page, they pick which album to upload to. Their photos land in that album, tagged with their name. The challenge prompt is shown above the upload button.
- 5
Moderate per-album
Each album has its own moderation toggle. You can leave some albums open and require approval on others — useful when you want the dance-floor album to be wide-open but the formal album curated.
- 6
Download by album
When the event ends, you can download albums individually or all at once as a zip. Photos keep their original filenames and guest tags.
How albums and photo challenges work
Collect photos by theme, run prompts and challenges, and keep everything organised.
